Delete your CRIST Tool account

Collectors can request deletion of their account and associated data collected through the CRIST Tool mobile app.

Delete in the app (recommended)

Open CRIST Tool and sign in.
Go to Profile (from the app menu).
Tap Delete account at the bottom.
Confirm deletion.

This permanently removes your collector account, sign-in credentials, payment history, field submissions linked to your account, and uploaded photos from our servers.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email admin@usmlewise.com from the email or phone number registered on your account. Include:

Your full name
Registered phone number
Subject line: CRIST Tool account deletion request

We will process verified requests within 30 days.

Research records about participants

Deleting your collector account removes submissions you entered under that account. Questions about study participant records may require contact with your study coordinator under the research protocol.
